Facebook custom audiences

A Facebook Custom Audience is a targeted advertising service that allows businesses to import user data for retargeting on the social media platform. Custom Audiences are an effective way for online businesses to interact with relevant users across multiple channels. Realcore enables you to import your contact data to your custom audiences on the Realcore UI directly.

Connect your Facebook account to Realcore

You can access to Settings -> Third party -> Facebook custom audiences to connect your Facebook account by clicking on the button “Connect to Facebook”.

Once your account is connected successfully, this account information will be displayed as below.

Import contact data to your custom audience

After connecting your Facebook account to Realcore, you can access the contact list screen to import your contact data to custom audiences.

In order to do that, you need to select contacts you want to import by checking on the checkbox inside each contact row, then click on the button “Add to Facebook audience”.

A popup will be displayed that asks you to select an operator (add/update contact data to your custom audience or remove contact data from your custom audience) and select your custom audience, in case you want to create a new custom audience, you can easily to input its name and tap Enter.

As soon as you click the “Save” button, your contact data will be imported or removed from the selected custom audience.
